What Are Period Cramps
Period Cramps or Menstrual Cramps (Dysmenorrhea) are throbbing or cramping pains in the lower abdomen. This abdominal or pelvic pain tend to be the worst at the beginning of menstrual cycle ranging from mild to severe and become less uncomfortable as the days go on.
